Brittany Sefick, M.S., CCC-SLP

Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist

Brittany is a Penn State graduate who has over a decade of experience working in a variety of settings including early intervention, a local school district and inpatient rehabilitation. Brittany completed her clinical fellowship in inpatient rehabilitation at UPMC Mercy and continued to work in several Pittsburgh hospitals on a casual basis throughout her career. Therefore, she is uniquely qualified to work with clients of all ages. Brittany is passionate about the field, continuing education and advocating for all of her clients. Clients have reported high rates of satisfaction due to Brittany’s knowledge, skills, warmth, communication, timeliness, and commitment to providing excellent services. Brittany founded Green Tree Speech LLC in order to help families and have more flexibility while raising her son. She loves connecting with other parents in the community, running, reading at story time and spending time with her family.

Rose Lynch, M.A., CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Rose comes to Green Tree Speech with over 4 years of school based experience, working with both elementary and high school aged students. Experience in this setting included Social Skills groups, Childhood Apraxia of Speech and Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC). She received her Masters in Gerontology from the University of Southern California and her Masters in Speech Language Pathology from Saint Mary’s College. She is driven to work with both children and adult populations with a focus on the long term effect and outcomes of treatment. Her therapy is based on compassion towards her patients and striving for advocacy. Rose spends her free time with her husband, son and dog hanging out in the backyard.

Megan Wall, M.A., CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Meg earned her BS in Psychology and French at John Carroll University. She then gained valuable life and professional experience in various positions: a primary school assistant English teacher (in Vitry-le-François, France), a mental health interventionist at an adult day program specialized in developmental delays with comorbid mental health disorders, a manager and tutor at Sylvan Learning Center and a research specialist at Western Psych Institute & Clinic. She earned her MA in SLP from the University of Pittsburgh. Meg spent 6 formative years at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh. Megan also has Early Intervention experience completing evaluations and is very excited to serve this population! She’s most enthusiastic about language and cognitive-communication rehab, but is ready and happy to provide help with swallowing, speech, and pragmatics as well. In her free time, Meg enjoys yoga, reading, glamping and spending time with her family, and practicing her French language skills.

Beth McVay, M.S., CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Beth is a Radford graduate with over ten years of experience working with the adult population in a variety of settings including a nursing home, hospital, home health and rehab. She is passionate about treating patients following strokes and brain injuries specifically with dysphagia, aphasia or cognitive communication impairments. In her free time she likes to take walks with her husband, one year old daughter and her 2 dogs. Beth brings invaluable experience and knowledge to Green Tree Speech. She is excited to serve our adult population!
