Green Tree Speech LLC is committed to helping people achieve their communication goals. In addition to traditional speech therapy sessions, we provide coaching to parents, IEP consultations, kindergarten readiness groups and more!

“My 4 year old daughter has been struggling with stuttering ever since she first started talking. I was told by her pediatrician it was something she would most likely grow out of, but that wasn’t the case. We met Ms Brittany at an open house and I inquired about having Amara evaluated to see if help with her speech could benefit her. Ms Brittany came right to the classroom and evaluated my daughter and suggested once a week in school therapy. I was so happy to know she would come right to her and I was kept in the loop in detail about each and every session they had. With each speech session, my daughter improved and her stuttering started to become less and less. Greentree speech has been fantastic to work with. The therapists (Brittany and Beth) were very kind and made the sessions fun for my son. He enjoyed his time with them. Meet the Speech Therapist

Brittany Sefick, M.S., CCC-SLP

Owner of Green Tree Speech, Speech-Language Pathologist

Brittany is a Penn State graduate who has over a decade of experience working in a variety of settings including early intervention, a local school district and inpatient rehabilitation. Brittany completed her clinical fellowship in inpatient rehabilitation at UPMC Mercy and continued to work in several Pittsburgh hospitals on a casual basis throughout her career. Therefore, she is uniquely qualified to work with clients of all ages. Brittany is passionate about the field, continuing education and advocating for all of her clients. Clients have reported high rates of satisfaction due to Brittany’s knowledge, skills, warmth, communication, timeliness, and commitment to providing excellent services. Brittany founded Green Tree Speech LLC in order to help families and have more flexibility while raising her son. She loves connecting with other parents in the community, running, reading at story time and spending time with her family.
